My love for food and the love that food can offer to people is the driving forces to shape my aspiration as a chef.
I am a professional chef with over six years of experience in the gastronomy industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Switzerland and have worked in some of the most renowned hotels and restaurants across Switzerland and Germany.
My culinary expertise spans French, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisines, with a strong specialization in Southeast Asian cuisine—particularly Malaysian. Sharing the rich and diverse flavors of Malaysian cuisine is both my passion and my mission, especially as it remains relatively undiscovered by many.
For the past five years, I have worked in fine dining establishments, including both 1-star and 3-star Michelin restaurants, where I had the privilege of cooking for high-profile guests. My approach emphasizes high-quality, contemporary dishes that retain authentic flavors, with meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for food as a form of art—true to the spirit of fine dining.
