I had formal education at the Methodist Primary school, Ikot-ekpene, Akwa-ibom Nigeria.
I'm a professional Chef with fifteen years of experience. I worked continental catering at CATA spa after two years of internship.
After which I was employed and still am employed as a professional Chef in the Green point hotel hotel specialized in Continental dishes ( although the geographic nature of my job most times requires Nigerian dishes.)
