I am a professional chef who specializes on African and intercontinental dishes. After I graduated from the University of Lagos state in 2014 then I went I ahead to aquire knowledge on hospitality management then I got so curious about food and which to know more on it more especially the spices and herbs in cooking and that was how my journey to catering school began after obtaining my certificate then I went and work in a restaurant and resident and for the past year now I have enjoyed cooking and serving people more especially when it comes to hospitality always too careful for the kind of food that is suitable for my client.
