Chef Markos was so personable, professional and friendly. He let us know everything he needed beforehand which gave us peace of mind. He was also very responsive. When we asked for a different dessert option, he was so happy and willing to help us. Everything on the menu he designed was delicious, creative and impeccably well done. The yucca fritters were especially well done as he added mozzarella cheese which we absolutely loved. We seriously cannot wait to have him back and try all of the food he creates.
