Food has been by my side my whole life and it became my love language. Now, i love telling stories through my cooking.
My whole life has revolved around food. I am a Chef with over 10 years of experience. I have a restaurant called Compartir and a bar called Querida Aura, where we tell stories through food and drinks. Inspired by my roots, I create warm, familiar experiences that feel like coming home. I firmly believe that food has the power to tell stories, evoke emotions, and bring people together.
