Chef. I like the difference.
I am a professional chef with 9 years Experience in culinary world. I studied at the Intercollege of Cylinary arts in Cyprus and in 2019 I joined Mugaritz restaurant in San Sebastián with chef Andoni Luis Aduriz (2 stars michelin and no7 best restaurant in the world).
Next year i joined Petrus Restaurant in London with chef Gordon Ramsay (1 star michelin).
I worked for chef de partie in 3 Michelin star restaurant “ Helene Darozze” in London for 6 months.
After that i joined 1 Michelin star restaurant “Hide” by Ollie Dabbous in London.
