Chef Ana was incredible! She prepared a superb hands on dinner for us and all of the ladies got to be involved in the cooking process which they enjoyed so much! 5 stars for this incredible chef! Highly recommend and look forward with her again.

We hired Chef Ana for our destination wedding in Bordeaux, and she ended up being the best part of the whole thing. She cooked five meals for 25 people, and handled a mix of allergies — dairy‑free, vegetarian, shellfish, a few others — without any issues. Every meal was in a different spot on the property, and she just adapted and made it work. She built the menu around our main dairy‑free guest but still kept everyone else happy. She planned everything, shopped for and brought all the food, and picked up small things like napkins when she realized we forgot them. She was flexible when our schedule kept shifting, especially given that it was over 90 degrees so we moved a lot around to avoid the heat. Each meal was different, with appetizers, salads, multiple proteins, and dessert. Our dairy‑free guest actually got to enjoy dessert for once, which was pretty special. On our wedding night she surprised us with printed menus on a beautiful floral background, which was a really thoughtful touch. She also helped arrange servers when we needed them. She also provided options for bartenders whenever needed. For all meals she handled all the cleanup, which we honestly didn’t expect. From BBQ lunches to plated classic French dinners, everything she made was fresh and delicious. A bunch of guests asked for her recipes — I’m still trying to get a couple myself. Chef Ana, thank you so so much! We’d hire you again without thinking twice. Can’t recommend her enough. Her food made the rest of the restaurants on our trip feel disappointing.

Chef Ana is amazing! Chef Ana worked with me to create a typical French inspired menu for both brunch and dinners for 6 days for a yoga retreat I hosted in France. Not only did she plan an exquisite menu, she purchased all the food, set the table, cleared the table, did all of the dishes. The food was absolutely divine! For our first and last meals, she had excellent plating service that made the food look beautiful in addition to tasting delicious. The buffet set up for brunch and dinners was always elegantly put together in an appealing way. Highlights were the beef bourguignon, mushroom soup, potato leek soup, coq-au-vin. She even did a charcoal grill meal for us one evening. Her skill as a chef in the kitchen is unparalleled, and I can't recommend her services enough. Ana is easy to work with, kind, friendly, and above all, an amazing person. She was an absolute highlight for myself and all my guests. If I ever host another retreat in France, I would hope to work with her again.

Just brilliant, we had Ana for 2 nights and both evenings we had brilliant food and wonderful service. She is also the nicest person. I am so happy we chose her and LOVED the food, the presentation and the excellent clean up job.

Great experience! Ana was very helpful from the first conversation we had with picking the menu items to cooking and preparing everything . She was well equipped and was very handy around our kitchen. We have a toddler and alot of baby proofed stuff but thay didn't pose a problem. All and in Ana helped me prepare an awesome birthday dinner for my fiance and I would order again! Thanks!
