I have over 18 years experience as a private he’d in high-end private households, seasonal villas, and residences across the U.S., Europe, and the Caribbean, my cooking has been shaped by extensive travel and direct exposure to local markets, traditional techniques, and regional flavors. I divide my time between New York and Paris where I am up front and center with food trends, seasonal produce and vendors of local and hard to find items. I am able to provide personal recommendations and support while following guidelines of a restricted diet or to help you begin integrating dietary changes that might be necessary for a lifestyle change.
