I am a pastry chef since 2011. Former lawyer turned chef after Masterchef. I was chef at virgin Cafe then 2 years Pastry chef at fairmont Monte Carlo

Moved to Paris and was Pastry teacher at Lenotre then pastry chef at pavillon Royal

Created my own company after to deal all ( chef tv radio books consulting...) and happy to do sur mesure now
