Although I am British, I have lived in France for the past 20 years. I gained experience from a young age working in banqueting and at the famous Ritz restaurant in London and at other high end Michelin stared establishments. Here in Brittany, I worked as a chef doing wedding catering and more lately was head chef at a local bistro restaurant.
