A recipe has no soul; it is the cook who has to put it there.
I specialize in Mediterranean, international, and Japanese cuisine, with extensive experience working in some of the world’s most prestigious five-star luxury hotels and private residences.
Originally from Sardinia, I spent 12 summer seasons working in the island’s most exclusive extra-luxury resorts, including Romazzino and Cala di Volpe, where I refined my technique, attention to detail, and high-end service standards.
I also completed two winter seasons working for an important private family in Palm Beach and am currently working indefinitely for a distinguished private family based between Cologny and Gstaad. These experiences have strengthened my ability to deliver discreet, personalized, and consistently high-level culinary service.
My goal is to create refined, memorable dining experiences tailored to each client’s preferences, always focusing on quality ingredients, balance of flavors, and elegant presentation.
