I have 13 years of experience in kitchens all over, stared restaurants and tiny osterias in Italy. Worked a lot with fresh truffles in Tuscany and Bacalhau in Portugal.

Recently moved to France after one year in Canada, one in Thailand and 8 years in Italy, I have a passion for serving food and entertaining people.
