I have 9 years of experience from simple brasseries to michelin excellency to yachts. all by flowing a simple philosophy; respect the products and the seasons.
I was lucky enough to grow up in the french alps where nature fuels creativity and and taste buds, this has allowed me to be audacious about my parings with herbs and spices in a alternative and healthy cuisine
