I’m Mariam, an architect based in Marseille with a love for Syrian and Lebanese cooking. I grew up with food that brought everyone around the table: colourful mezze, fragrant spices and dishes made to be shared. Architecture has taught me to pay attention to detail, and I bring that same care to the food I prepare, from balancing flavours to presenting each dish beautifully. I’d love to share the recipes and hospitality I grew up with in your home.
