Loves to feed people good food! Confident with allergies and dietaries!
I am a private cook and florist based in rural France. I cook 3-course meals for staying guests at a Chateau during April to October. I am not a Michelin high-end chef but I am very confident in cooking good and tasty food for family sized groups. I have a Level 2 certification in Cookery Skills and Food Hygiene with Ashburton Chefs Academy. I also have a Chefs Skills course from Leith's School of Education in London.
I love cooking fresh food from scratch using local produce. I am former vegetarian so I can cook vegetarian dishes and make delicious salads. I love making healthy, hearty yet yummy food that hits the spot.
I am confident cooking for a family with children, adults, dinner parties and larger events!
I can also make celebration cakes, wedding cakes and birthday cakes.
