I am a classically trained chef with 10+yrs experience. Since graduating college I've secured varying roles throughout the UK & abroad- including Michelin awarded restaurant kitchens and catering in private family homes and ski chalets. I'm now permanently based in Nice and offer my services along the Côte d'Azur for residents, people on vacation and second home owners. During the winter months I'm often working in the 3 Valleys.

During the summer months I enjoy cooking light French and modern European style dishes, using local seasonal Mediterranean ingredients. I have extensive experience in catering for all allergies and dietary requirements.

Chef Matt was exceptional! Matt cooked 8 outstanding meals (5 evening meals and 3 lunches) for 7 adults and 8 children over 5 days at the villas we were staying at in the south of France (near Nice). Matt procured fresh, high quality ingredients every day and catered to a wide selection of dietary requirements (celiac, pescatarian, carnivores and fussy kids!). The menus were perfect for the warm and sunny climate including a selection of fresh seafood, meat, high quality salads, delicious desserts, with a variety of cheeses and starters for each meal. Chef Matt was also found the right balance between engaging with us and the children but getting on with the job at the same time. He's a great guy and overall we couldn't be happier with Chef Matt and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an exceptional chef in the area. Thanks again Matt!
