Reliable, calm and respectful chef with extensive experience in private catering. Organised, focussed and always on time for service.
I am a classically trained chef with 10+yrs experience. Since graduating college I've secured varying roles throughout the UK & abroad- including Michelin awarded restaurant kitchens and catering in private family homes and ski chalets. I'm now permanently based in Nice and offer my services along the Côte d'Azur for residents, people on vacation and second home owners. During the winter months I'm often working in the 3 Valleys.
During the summer months I enjoy cooking light French and modern European style dishes, using local seasonal Mediterranean ingredients. I have extensive experience in catering for all allergies and dietary requirements.
