Private Chef with 25 years of experience, passionate about sincere, refined and generous cuisine.
My culinary journey started at La Tour des Vents in Monbazillac under Chef Rougié, who taught me discipline and technique.
I then moved to London where I worked for two years at the Rubens at the Palace** (2 AA Rosettes)**, discovering new flavors and broadening my culinary horizons.
Back in France, I refined my skills at La Table du Pavie in Saint-Émilion, and later at Le Castrum, where I had the privilege of preserving the culinary legacy of Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Jacques Benet after his passing.
I went on to open my own restaurant, Le 21 Beef Street, a bistro focused on high-quality meats and homemade sauces, in La Teste-de-Buch.
Today, I offer more than just a meal —
I create a moment of connection and sharing.
I enjoy interacting with my guests, explaining each dish, sharing recipes, and talking about how and why I create certain flavors.
I’m usually accompanied by a server to ensure smooth service, but I always stay close to the guests to make it a warm and relaxed experience.
My goal? To give you a memorable and meaningful moment at home, just like at the restaurant — with the added comfort and authenticity of a private setting.
