For over 20 years,
I have refined my expertise between Biarritz, Costa Rica, Cap Ferret, Saint-Tropez, Sweden, and Sardinia,
combining curiosity, movement, and
the pleasure of creating.
An entrepreneur at
heart, I have also founded and managed several projects: a restaurant, a
culinary laboratory, a ready-to-eat food service, and catering for major sporting events on the
Basque coast.
