Bonjour and Sawasdee! I am a freelance architect and private Thai chef currently based and designing in the sun-drenched coastal town of Antibes on the Côte d’Azur. Alongside architecture, my lifelong dedication is the craft of regional Thai cuisine from Central Thailand and Isan, thoughtfully utilizing fresh local ingredients from the surrounding terroir.
Before settling on the Riviera, I spent 4 intensive years cooking in authentic Thai restaurant kitchens in Paris, mastering rigorous culinary standards with dedicated care to apply them to heartfelt, soulful Thai home cooking.
