After earning my culinary bachelor’s degree from École Ducasse in Paris, I refined my skills at prestigious establishments like the Mandarin Oriental Paris, Ducasse Restaurant, and La Petite Table Traiteur. Most recently, I brought my flair for fresh, vibrant flavors to Inform Café, a lively brunch spot. My heart lies in Mediterranean cuisine, especially Moroccan, Italian, and Lebanese, where I combine bold ingredients with refined technique to create warm, soulful dishes that celebrate culture and seasonality.
