I am a trained in European, Thai and Indian cuisine, with a Diploma in Pastry and Arts specialising in Occasion, Birthday and Wedding Cakes
I am trained in multiple cuisines from top class catering colleges like Blue Elephant, Bangkok, Pastry Academy and Michelin Star restaurants, such as Marcus, Hibiscus, Gauthier Soho and Lantern in London that have given me a wide variety of cuisines to include Pastry, Speciality Cake Making, Thai, Indian and European food.
