Get to know me better

I was raised in a family restaurant from the age of four and cannot imagine any other path in life — I truly and deeply love cooking.

A professional Chef and Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Graduated from a professional culinary school, followed by advanced training under leading international masters of culinary and pastry arts in France, Russia, and Ukraine.

Extensive international experience is complemented by deep knowledge of world cuisines, developed through extensive travel and professional immersion. Participant in the World Championship of Pastry Arts in France as a member of the Ukrainian national team.

Raised in a family-owned restaurant, where she spent 10 years managing and developing the business, combining creative cuisine with operational and strategic leadership.

Since 2022, she has been living in France. Founder and Chef of a restaurant specializing in regional Ukrainian and French cuisine in Cannes and Nice, where an authorial approach unites Ukrainian gastronomic heritage with French technique and aesthetics.
