Damian Bal was fantastic!! He was our chef for 2 weeks in Cap Ferret and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. He had a wide variety of menus and was able to create dishes for both adults and children. He has a wonderful attitude and was a welcome presence in the home. Sa spécialité était de ne choisir que des produits de saison, de ne surtout pas les dénaturer en les mettant en avant de manière "simple", sans aucun chichi ni artifice ! C'était extraordinaire !
