Chef Patrick was amazing! I would absolutely do this again! Chef Patrick presented a menu based on the themes we wanted and adapted the menu to allergies and our tastes. The food was delicious and the service was great! I can't recommend Chef Patrick more highly!

We felt really lucky to have Chef Sandeep for 2 days, he made our holiday really special. He is lovely to have around, calm and warm. His food was delicious, perfectly presented and he was very intuitive with our needs and tastes. Would definitely recommend.

Alister, who goes by "Mac," was an amazing chef! We thoroughly enjoyed his meals and his presence in our rental villa. While all of the meals were delicious a few stand out as extraordinary; the rack of lamb, the jerk chicken, the seared ahi tuna, and the veggie lasagne! Mac, his sous chef, Dariell, and his serving assistant, Leslie, were lovely gentlemen. We had a great time getting to know them and no request we made was denied! They always had wonderful smiles on their faces and were very sweet with the kids who also loved their meals, even the kiddo with the picky palate! Mac even taught one of the children his famous recipe for cheesecake! If you're in need of a vacation chef or an event caterer I highly recommend Mac & his team!
