I grew up seeing day after day what it means to devote yourself seriously to your work, and from that I learned to be myself.
For me, the passion for cooking has distant roots.
My family and I, we ran a bar and a bakery and ice cream shop for 65 years. I grew up within those walls and learned to love both cooking and human contact with people.
After running this bar for 15 years, I decided to devote myself to another profession....that of a chef!
