An enthusiastic chef that celebrates the simplicity of cooking whilst pushing the boundaries of culinary exploration.
Certified chef licensed in HACCP with professional cooking proficiency in Italian, Mediterranean, English and Afro-fusion cuisines. I attended the chef academy of London with the experience of working at two top restaurants one of which had a Michelin star. From London my passion for food and culture lead me to Italy where I have been living, studying and working in different areas, including as a sous chef in an Italian Bistrot.
