I was a digital manager who has definitely chosen to follow her true path. I took cooking classes of all kinds and my great passion and motivation finally led me today to manage the kitchen of a small winery in the province of Perugia. I am part of the Cesarine circuit and I host cooking classes in English for foreign tourists in my home. I collaborate with agritourisms in the area as a private chef and/or full-time chef for yoga retreat groups or English-speaking tourists.
