Sus platos son obras de arte, la combinación de sabores de su cocina te deja loco. Da la sensación de que le rondan mariposas en el estómago cuando comenta contigo como ha hecho los platos y sin duda, consigue transmitirte su pasión. Destaco que siendo un chef tan experimentado, es tremendamente humilde. Su cocina además de darte dos o tres vueltas a los ojos es ecológica 100%. Particularmente eso lo aprecio mucho. Nos ha encantado, creo que vamos a seguir saboreando durante unos cuantos días sus platos y por supuesto, la sensación de haber vivido una experiencia preciosa y única.
