A culinary nomad crafting bold, soulful plates that carry the flavours of the world’s coastlines into every kitchen.
I’m a yacht chef with over seven years’ experience crafting vibrant, globally inspired cuisine across some of the world’s most spectacular coastlines. My career has taken me through Asia, from the precision of Japan to the spice-laden kitchens of Indonesia and Thailand, to the Mediterranean’s culinary heartlands of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Turkey. I’ve explored the bold, soulful flavours of Central and South America in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, and drawn inspiration from the aromatic traditions of Middle Eastern and Levantine cuisines.
At sea, I’ve learned to turn the day’s freshest catch and market produce into dishes that balance flavour, seasonality, and thoughtful presentation. Whether baking fresh sourdough, shaping pillowy flatbreads, or brewing my own kombucha, my approach is rooted in curiosity and craft. Now based in Cape Town, I bring these experiences into your home, table, and kitchen, creating meals you can see, taste, and most importantly, feel.
