As a professional chef with over 16 years of experience, I’m deeply passionate about the art of cooking,

I specialize in tailoring meals to individual needs, whether it’s designing exquisite menus for private events, focusing on gut health, or providing tailored meal plans for specific dietary requirements. My approach is grounded in the belief that food is more than just sustenance it’s a way of bringing people together, creating memories, and enhancing well-being. With a deep respect for local ingredients, I work closely with clients to curate personalized, unforgettable dining experiences. I’m driven by creativity and the desire to elevate each meal into something special. Whether it’s preparing intimate dinners or large gatherings, I put passion and precision into every dish I create.

With a rich and diverse career as a professional chef, I have honed my culinary skills at renowned establishments such as the Bell Mar plage Hotel in Mauritius, Le Prince Maurice, the prestigious Relais & Châteaux’s Le Quartier Français, I've also been part of the Royal Portfolio Collection, the Liz Byden Group, and Sterrekopje Health Retreat, and I've owned my own restaurant. In addition, I've provided chef training at South African chef academies, written recipes for food journals and magazines.
