I’m a Cape Town–based chef with 11+ years behind the pass — from open fires and sushi counters to yachts and private villas. I don’t overcomplicate food; I focus on bold flavours, clean plates, and making people feel looked after.
I’ve worked solo and in teams across Europe, the US, and SA. I’m comfortable running the show or slotting in tight. Private chef work is where I get to really connect with people and bring that calm, lived-in energy to the kitchen. I keep it sharp, professional, and low-drama — just good food done properly.
