A Cape Town, Noordhoek native, Craig brings not only a deep connection to place but also 25 years of culinary experience. His journey began with an apprenticeship at the iconic Olympia Café & Deli in Kalk Bay, followed by years as a private chef for the Sol Kerzner family, and later as co-owner of the beloved Lola’s Eatery on Long Street. Craig has been a consultant, Private chef, owning his own catering business & Restaurant.
