I am a professional chef with 18 years experience. I’ve worked on a 6 star cruise liner silver sea.s cruises. As well as country clubs in America which were Admirals cove country club and Sapphire Valley. I spent a month working in Paris at Michelle Rostangs Michelin star Mason Rostangs restaurant. I have also been able to attain the American Express top 100 fine dinning platinum award 2016. Head chef at top relais chateaux luxury lodge 2020 to 2021. Ive worked for Royal Caribbean Cruises from 2022 to March 2024. Ive done a lot of private cheffing work in between my Contract Cruise carreer. Food is a wonderful journey for me opening ones mind to all types of flavors methods and styles. The journey continues the cornecopia of flavors shall pave the way
