I'm a creative, hands-on chef with an adventurous spirit who enjoys exploring new places, new cuisines and new cultures.

I’m a well organized, passionate chef with 12+ years experience. I’m knowledgeable of different cuisines and cooking styles and am able to quickly organise a kitchen space and multitask under pressure. I love being in the kitchen and value practical experience above all. I’ve worked in various types of kitchens and managed 2 restaurants.
