Raised on a farm where fresh, homegrown produce and free-range meat were a way of life. From a young age, I developed an appreciation for quality ingredients and the importance of seasonality. This foundation shaped my approach to cooking, emphasizing natural flavours and sustainability.

Experienced private chef on board private motor yachts in the Mediterranean as well as having local land experience as a solo private chef. Known for creative menu planning, remarkable plating, and versatility in cuisines. Deep understanding for the preciseness and science of baking.
