With a love for experimenting with flavors and fusion, utilizing ethically sourced and foraged indigenous plants. Making beautiful plates delicious.

I'm an ex-yacht chef, with a background working in hotels and over ten years of experience working in various size kitchens, providing beautifully plated & memorable meals for guests across the globe. With preference for using ethically sourced, organic produce & seed oil free. While incorporating wild & foraged Ingredients. I'd originally studied in Cape Town, although I believe that working with other exceptional chefs over the years has taught me so much more.
