Every plate I design and meal i create tells a story of love and passion for food and must lead to a celebration in your heart and mind .
52Year old white male from Cape Town , I am very creative and have been cooking since age 12 .
I have 34 years of experience and 2 years culinary training . I have traveled to many countries on different continents and completed various training courses whilst at these destinations . A large portion of my current work is from Take A Chef .
I have worked on many Private Yatchs I do Catering, Weddings, Special events and worked in various 5 Star Lodges designing menus and helping with Private Functions , Serve Meals in my Own B&B and others , Wine Paring
Combining menu's and creating new dishes is my specialty .
I also do Table decor and flowers . I love people and enjoy serving quests .
In my spare time I do pottery . I was a chosen for Kokkedoor but then the show was cancelled and later replaced with Koekedoor , they again approached me but I had signed another contract at that stage .
