I’m a professional chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary industry. I studied at the School of Hospitality in the Democratic Republic of Congo and have since worked at several prestigious establishments, including CTRC in Cape Town, The Table Bay, Radisson Blu, and currently The President Hotel.
I have strong leadership skills and extensive experience across a wide range of cuisines, combining creativity, passion, and professionalism in every dish I create.
