I'm a happy person, I love people, my career revolves around making people happy, that's why I cook from the heart.

Culinary professional with experience dating back to 2006 and formal training completed in 2012 at Capsicum Culinary Studio in Sandton. My career includes roles in several reputable restaurants, including 3Sixty (5-star) and the Sandton Sun Deck, before establishing my own private chef business in Durban. I have also worked extensively at Zimbali Estate, serving a wide range of private clients.

Growing up in KwaZulu-Natal, I was deeply influenced by the region’s rich culinary heritage, particularly its bold curries and vibrant spices. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the country’s top chefs, which has strengthened my versatility and broadened my culinary approach.

At the age of 9 cooking rice, cause My sister was too lazy so she taught me, by the time I was 12 years I was cooking stew and tinned beans

I cooking from the heart just like how our grandmother's used too. I have a sharp pallet so it also helps a lot when it comes to taste.
