I HAVE 12 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY AND HAVE WORKED FROM FINE DINING TO BISTRO ALL AROUND THE WINELANDS AND A VARIETY OF CUISINES. I SPECIALISE IN FUSION CUISINE WHICH BRINGS TOGETHER A LOT OF FOOD STYLES AND CULTURES.
