I am a professional chef with 10 years of culinary experience in France. I studied at the prestigious Lycée Hôtelier Georges Frêche in Montpellier. My journey began at Mas de Peint, a five-star hotel and restaurant in the Camargue region, where I honed my skills in a high-pressure kitchen. I then joined the renowned Les Airelles group in Courchevel as a private chef, where I crafted exquisite dishes for discerning guests. Eventually, I became the proud owner of my own restaurant, further solidifying my passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
