With over 5 years of experience preparing homemade and customized menus for students, couples, and families, we adapt to every taste and need — offering a warm, professional, and home-style culinary experience… but without you having to lift a finger.
Our specialty: rice dishes and paellas of all kinds — from the classics to the most creative Valencian styles:
Traditional Valencian Paella – with chicken, rabbit, garrofó beans, and saffron-infused broth.
Seafood Paella – rich in prawns, mussels, squid, and Mediterranean flavor.
Lobster Rice (Arroz con Bogavante) – indulgent, flavorful, and perfect for special occasions.
“Señoret” Rice (Arroz del Señorito) – peeled seafood for a clean, elegant experience.
Creamy Rice (Arroz Meloso) – with a silky texture, halfway between dry and soupy.
Brothy Rice (Arroz Caldoso) – comforting and full of depth, ideal for cooler days.
Black Rice (Arroz Negro) – made with cuttlefish ink for an intense, oceanic taste.
Vegetarian & Vegan Rice – featuring seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs.
Baked Rice (Arroz al Horno) – traditional oven-baked dish with chickpeas, pork ribs, and morcilla.
“A Banda” Rice (Arroz a Banda) – cooked in fish stock, served separately from its seafood.
