Italian chef with 20 years of experience in Micheline star restaurants and 5 stars hotels in Europe and Asia, deep passion for home made food .

I have done my study in a prestigious culinary school in Northern Italy.

After 6 years of apprenticeship I moved to Singapore where I became officially Chef the cuisine, I then moved to Switzerland where I afinate my pastry skills.

3 years ago I choose that Australia would be my new adventure.

Since coming to Brisbane I have worked in hotels and boutique restaurants. My wife and I work as a team providing private chef dinners around Brisbane, we prepare the food together in our licenced kitchen in an exceptional manner, with some of our recipies taking 3 days. My wife Margie provids a delightful service for your event.
