Professional Chef. I love to see people coming together, enjoy food & wine and having fun.

I was born and raised in Frosinone, Italy.

Since 2009 when I first started to make my passion a profession, i had the opportunity to work for few of the best Restaurants and chefs of Italy and Europe.

Passing trough Nobu Barkley street, London, (1 Micheline star), La pergola in Rome, (3 Micheline star) and many other well rewarded Italian restaurants in Rome, I have received a culinary experience to be proud of.

I worked in Adelaide in 2013 and returned in 2016 to cook in several of the city’s best Italian restaurants.

Moved to the Yorke peninsula in 2017, I’m loving this place and I’m trying to bring some of my experience and European touch to your table.
