In 2015, I decided to move to Australia, where I worked in various restaurants, achieving 1 and 2 chef's hats as a head chef.

Words to describe Andrea from our group of 8 ladies: Decadence, tantalising, beyond amazing, mind blowing, special, scrumptious, memorable, unforgettable, high class, 12 out of 10, professionalism beyond expectations. We can not rate Andrea highly enough….we were blown away by every aspect of our experience with him!!

Andrea was amazing. Above all the food was superb, but his positive energy and flexibility made the evening truly special. He was flexible with his timing (we ended up having to start late due to a grumpy toddler) and he could not have been kinder about it. He gave us interesting insights into the cooking process, the dishes were art to look at, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly!
