I am a self taught chef that has gained experience and knowledge through working all over the world. I have worked as a private chef in villas around Europe, resorts and charter boats in Indonesia and Sri Lanka, and designed menus for and worked in many restaurants in Australia. I also run a catering company in Australia. I am passionate about cooking with locally sourced produce and designing menus to suit my clients. I like to make people feel comfortable while I cook for them whilst also making them excited about tasting new things.
