My love for cooking started in my grandma’s kitchen. Some of my earliest memories are being around her, watching, learning and discovering how food brings people together. Those moments sparked a passion that has grown into my career as a chef. From the beginning, I understood that cooking was about more than following recipes. It was about sharing stories, creating memories and making people feel welcome around the table.
