I was born in Mauritius In October 1999. Finish school and High school in 2017, and started work in 2018. I migrated to Australia in 2019. I speak, write and read English,and French. Love my new adventure of life and growing.

Passionate culinary professional with international experience and formal training in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management. Skilled in food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations across restaurants, catering events, and 5-star hotel environments. Experienced in buffet, grill, cold kitchen, pastry production, and restaurant openings, including Compa & Sando, Carlotta, Meat & Wine Co., and Hunter & Barrel in Canberra. And also have other experience in Commercial kitchens such as Age cares, Child care, Mining Setting.

Known for strong food safety standards, organization, teamwork, and delivering high-quality guest experiences. Passionate about creating memorable moments for others through exceptional food, hospitality, and service while continuing to grow within the industry.

My qualifications are Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery, Early Childhood education and care, Certificate 4 in Kitchen Management and Diploma in Hospitality Management.
