I love what I do, especially bringing joy to people through food.

I am 37 years old and have been in the industry for 21 years. I love cooking for friends, family and customers. I strive to learn as much as I can about different cultures and cuisines, it is an endless joyous mission. I am currently employed in a fine dining Thai fusion establishment, honing my skills on south east Asian food. I like to eat and cook all types of food, if there are any requests, I am happy to adjust menus.
