My passion for food started when I was 14 now 24 years old. 10 years in hospitality, from pubs, hotels and fine dining.
I started my career as a chef when I was 14 which coincidentally was around the time when I read outliers. I became obsessed with 10 yrs, 10000hrs to become a master of anything. I’m 24 now, I’ve done pubs, hotels, casual dining, fine dining and though I don’t feel like a master yet. I’ve definitely grown, improve and learned a lot along the way. I have passion for fine dining but all in all my passion runs deep in being hospitable, presenting and preparing food to a high standard and ensuring that guests leave with a smile from ear to ear. I can’t wait to host your next event!
